Additional goals of NIA are to inform its members of private, civic, governmental, and public resources which may be of assistance to inventors; to promote a positive public image of inventors; to provide for its members a referral/resource directory; and to furnish assistance to its members, whenever possible, by directing their efforts toward the successful development of their inventions.

***Toy & Game Inventor's Forum 2003
The Toy & Game Industry Foundation Announces the Annual TGIF Event Dates:
All inventors, entrepreneurs and service companies interested in meeting and potentially selling their products or services to the toy industry should plan to attend the non-for-profit Toy & Game Inventor's Forum (TGIF).
Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, NV
TGIF
is the only event in the world where the public gets to meet, learn from and sell their ideas, inventions, or services
of your company to the "who's who" of the toy industry. TGIF boasts a speaking faculty of over 50 key
toy and entertainment executives from companies that include: Mattel, Hasbro, Hasbro Games, Fisher-Price, MGA Entertainment
(Bratz Dolls), Tomy, Brio/Alga (Sweden), Toys R Us, Pressman, Radica, DSI Toys, Binney & Smith, Spin Master,
University Games, K'NEX, Ohio Art, Ravensburger (Germany) and many others.
In addition to manufacturers there will be many high-level buyers, reps, marketing gurus, technology firms, trend tracking organizations, forecasters and much more.
Attendees participate in round table discussions, one-on-one sessions and dozens of events over the 3-day program.
This unique and educational event is designed to promote intra-industry relations and create new synergistic partnerships. In addition, TGIF gives inventors and entrepreneurs the opportunity to enter the toy and game arena, learning from and potentially selling their product or service to industry leaders.
Because peak registration dates are quickly approaching,
I was wondering if it would be possible
for you to place a blurb and a link to TGIF on your website, as well as get the word out to those of your members
who might be interested in our event. Thanks for all your help and I look forward to hearing from you in the future.

"Inventions have long since reached their limit, and I see no hope for further developments."-----Roman engineer Julius Sextus Frontinas, 10 AD from Tony Patti

Hello, hope all is well. For your convenience, below is PROFIT magazine's just published article
about Entrepreneur Magazine's
still ongoing efforts to monopolize the word "entrepreneur" (Money magazine is also featuring an article about this subject in their July issue).
I hope this serves as an informative e-mail about EntrepreneurPR's efforts to help small business entrepreneurs protect their intellectual property rights when battling much larger and/or aggressive
companies.
Thanks! Contact me anytime if you have any questions.

Yours truly, Scott Smith
President EntrepreneurPR (916) 453-8611
P.S. The future of the word "entrepreneur" is still uncertain. Even after over five
years of aggressive legal attacks, over $1
million in legal costs, plus losing a unanimous U.S. Court of Appeals ruling, Entrepreneur Magazine still refuses to give up. A federal trial was held on this case the week of April 28th,
and the judge's ruling is expected in June or July.
