Dear Jerry,
Please forgive the late reply to your query to Nevada Inventors Association. Mostly my computer has been down and I've been very busy. But I never ignore letters from inventors, about inventors, or inventors' problems. They're too important not to be a high priority.

Yes, I've heard of that company. I believe they were indicted by the Federal Trade Commission some time ago, although I may be wrong about that. Perhaps a similar name. I'm sure you went to the Federal Trade Commission already, so if they don't have any information on them, then it is sure I have the wrong name. If you haven't, I'd try their website at http://www.ftc.gov If that fails, please go to http://www.uiausa.org That is the United Inventors Association of the USA. They have links to information about scam companies that have been indicted, plus some very knowledgeable people who can possibly answer that question. There is one other website that might be of help. It is by a friend of mine, Ron Riley. He is very informed on the activities of product development companies that hve been to court for one reason or another. http://www.Inventored.org/ Sorry for the delay Jerry, but I hope this helps.
Don Costar,
founder
