You didn't say whether or not your invention is patented. If it is not, there is a great risk disclosing your idea to anyone before you're protected. To start your protection paper trail go to my web site and read my "help letter." http://doncostar.com
Did you by any chance contact this company through an 800 number from an ad? Is this an invention promotion company? Have they promised to market your "idea" to industry?
Sorry Ed, but these are questions that must be answered before I can give any advice.
