Answer; No.
but Jeff,
it sounds like you've done most of the work already. Having a patent is pretty important for licensing a toy or game, as is a trademark and copyright. There are booklets about obtaining copyright protection for your printed material, packaging, etc. at libraries and bookstores. You didn't mention anything about the trademark for the logo or name. But I'm sure you've thought about that too. If not, I suggest you start putting the "TM" mark after the name or logo you have and make sure it appears everywhere that name or logo appears. Then when the product is sold in interstate commerce you can apply for a registered trademark with the patent and trademark office. Information about how to do that is in libraries, bookstores, and at the patent office website. http://www.uspto.gov Fortunately, that part is not as expensive as the patent was. And putting the TM on your name or logo is free.

When you register it though it will cost around $325 to file. For marketing your toy, I have a website contact that may be of help. I know nothing about these folks, other than they will not accept submissions without complying with their rules. That alone sounds like they do not want simple toy ideas. http://www.cactusmarketing.com You can read over their website material and decide for yourself.

Wish you the very best,
Don Costar
