Dear Mr. Abdelmissih,
Your message said you had developed a machine. It does not say that you have done a patent search, or filed a patent
application. Do you know that there is no other machine like yours that is already patented? If there is, then
you may have dificulty finding anyone that can help you market it.
Our organization does not have any way to help an inventor market a product. That is not what we do. But if your
machine is patentable I would talk to the people at New Jersey City University office of "Small Business Development."
They sometimes know of government grants to develop that type of product. Please be careful about calling any 800
phone numbers from TV or Radio that promise to market ideas. That is very risky. Ideas are not a product, hence
can not be sold. Patents are a product that can be sold or licensed for a profit. It may be a good idea to contact
the University legal office to find out if there is a patent attorney available to you. They may be able to help
you obtain a patent for your invention if it is patentable. A patent search is necessary to find out.
Best of luck,
Don Costar Nevada Inventors Association
